HORRIBLE experience! I am going to finally be getting braces again to fix what he messed up 11 years ago. I didn't even need braces, but I wanted my upper front teeth to be more visible when smiling. He said he could fix that even though he obviously couldn't. He just wanted our money. My bite is way off now. All the pressure is on my back molars. You can even see what he did in the before and after photos I had them send me. Another orthodontist I saw for a consultation was impressed with the a

I would almost guarantee that most of these glowing reviews are written by Cigna’s friends. Let me save you some time and frustration...go somewhere else! When we started with his office, my daughter was being treated by Crowbar who was AMAZING! Cigna is rude to his patients and staff, ignores patient and parent concerns and gives out terrible advice —- told my daughter to brush until her gums bled which caused pain and infection. He also changes his prices multiple times throughout the process.

Horrible attitude. I would not recommend Cigna orthodontics. Treats his patients like just another dollar in his pocket. My daughter spent years going here for her braces for a cost of over $5000. A year ago she was hit in the mouth playing softball and she had to have her teeth wired in place. The hospital said to have her original orthodontist take the wires off. Cigna gave her a hard time about removing them and when the nurse took them off he gave her an attitude as well. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Cigna provided superior, quality results for myself and for all 3 of my children. I was pleasantly surprised that I could afford to pick the best and still not pay the most. Dr. Cigna takes his time and each patient is treated with the same importance as if they're his own children. His non-extraction policy should be universal. His 2 year retention schedule speaks volumes as to how invested he is in maintaining all that parent and child has entrusted to his expertise. Simply the best.

Professional, courteous and respectful. Excellent care provider. Very meticulous. My daughter had braces and my son invisalign. We are very pleased with the outcome of both, though I have to say the process for the braces was a bit more involved and time consuming - par for the course.
