Oh my god this place is a hot MESS!!! Avoid it at all cost. Their payment system has not been working for 6+ months now. I've been trying to pay $45 I owe them for months now, they can't even process payments over the phone and I was just visiting, I live far away and after calling zillion times and insisting on being helped to make things right and process payment, they ended up sending me to collection. I have been to this Urgent Care facility several times. I have always found everyone to be helpful and efficient. I’ve never had to wait very long which is a plus for an urgent care. I’m always satisfied with the care I’ve received.
Closed on Sundays but not updated on their website
Worst experience with Billing, They changed their name from Cigna health care to Evernorth around November 2022 and sent us bills from both cigna and evernorth. We use cigna insurance so they paid from Hsa to cigna and now after close to an year they sent another bill for multiple visits saying we did not pay our bills and asking us to pay again.
