Since I've been to Cingna a few times and a few other places. This group of doctors is very good. Helpful and caring. Maybe when people have gone before, they had bad experiences. Overall. The receptionist was friendly and kind. Was easy to talk with. A great group of people working here.
Blood draw staff was incredibly rude. My blood draw required looking a few things up by the staff. When I thanked them for taking the time to ensure this was done properly, they grunted and acted like I was the problem. If you hate your job so much go do something else. This location needs better management.
Cigna is terrible!! No matter what you call about they can’t help you and do everything Not to help you for one excuse after another. They threatened to not refill a prescription unless I came in to see the 3rd different doctor in 8 months. There isn’t enough room here to complain about everything they’ve done. I’ll be so glad to get away from them in 2 months!! Get any insurance rather than Cigna.
Having issues with this group after 4 years...Placed 3 calls to Dr regarding reactions to new medicine...call was misdirected to a Dr that had transferred to another clinic...told them I no longer saw that Dr as it was at different clinic...nothing...called back and left another message..nothing..called back next day..received call from nurse..said it was deemed non priority...had even tried to get a hold of any Dr with Cigna by calling their Urgent Care...woman on phone was very rude and said " so what do you want me to do ... read more
