Since the transition to Evernorth Care group, it has been a nightmare. Everything use to be in one building, now it is not. The lab is now run by Lab Corp. They have a sign displaying the hours of 8-4:30pm. The clock is taken down off the the wall and is set fast by 5 minutes. The staff advised me that the sign is wrong and Evernorth is providing the wrong information as well. Evernorth stated the last checking for walking is 4:30pm. Wouldn't have given them any stars if was an option...seeing eye Dr's, may be Southwest Eye center now, people are very friendly, but so mismanaged. Always 2 hours or more wait time, and patients stacked up like sardines. It's just awful now. This is my 3rd visit and was like this every time.
Beware of Evernorth…it’s a total shakedown. I took my wife in 2021, payed the bill (including what was not covered by the insurance) and 3 years later they decided I should pay $400 more for no reason. I tried to get a logical explanation and their response was sending a collection agency after me.
As of January of this year, recently changed Medicare facilities for my husband. To make sure he gets the best care. Today was my first experience with this facility, asking them to help me with some paperwork for my job at Amazon for FMLA. Your receptionist that I first encountered, Courtney was rude disengage as if I was Bothering her. I am a retired nurse. And her attitude and total disengagement was offensive. I expect more out of this healthcare system.
would give 0 stars if I could. Called this location to transfer my prescription FROM CVS to their pharmacy; they told me to call CVS. CVS tells me legally that the Pharmacy that will be taking on my prescription has to call them, so Evernorth should've helped me in the first place. Evernoth has great prices, but they just annoyed me so badly that I kept my prescription with CVS. The employees here need to be taught how transfers are supposed to work.
