Had an appointment for an ultrasound scheduled for 730 am got there and the lady at the front desk didn't even show up to start work until 8am then they lost my orders for the ultrasound work to be done but had already by then checked me in and charged me the $30 dollar copay for a procedure that they already lost my orders for and couldn't even do the procedure until contacting my doctor again to find out what they needed to do the ultrasound of!! When ever I need to talk to a nurse , it's very rare that I receive a call back - and when I have , tha conversation is short and out of the way ... I guess it's best to go to urgent care
