I have been going to Laura Edwards, NP, as my primary care provider on the corner of Superstition Springs and Power for almost 9 years. I have had an amazing experience there, and she is the best! Since the facility has changed to Honor Health, I have not had any change to my care nor to office staff. Everyone is still very pleasant. Well, they closed the pharmacy, was told everything was transferred to Walgreens, not so much, only 3 prescriptions transferred, none of them currently taking! Smart chart info did not transfer, nothing moved with me! The messaging system is almost non existent, was given a new prescription on Wednesday, text from Walgreens says held up because of insurance, called insurance, they sent a request for more info, so I sent a smart chart message letting them know that, crickets, called Friday, urgent message sent, crickets, now ... read more
