I’ve been a patient here, but my recent experience with Dr. Ara was deeply upsetting. During my appointment, the doctor raised her voice at me in a way that felt aggressive and unprofessional. I came in to discuss serious health concerns and left feeling unheard, disrespected, intimidated and scared. This place is terrible. I've been going to them 6 months for various issues and have made zero progress. They are over scheduled and understaffed don't waste your time.
First time I came to this location as a new patient. My appointment is 9:45, I was told to come to at 9:25 to get blood work done. I checked in at 9:20 and told Stacy that I was told to come early for the blood work. Stacy, she let me fill out the form and not even ask if I got it done yet. So I missed my blood work done which was down stair and no one told me it will be in separate floor. Stacy with no help, told me that I will miss my appointment if I leave the office. Worst primary care practice I've ever been to. Went through 4 PCP's in less than 3 years due to turnover, then was shunted off to a NP who sent me on a worthless cardiology consult because she misinterpreted a lab result (scaring me and my family in the process). I also requested my military health record so I could file a VA claim. Due to DoD policy, I had to have my military health records sent here to my PCP because they can only be released to a physician and not to the servicemember. Arrived at 4pm to get bloodwork when it says online they work until 5pm. They turned me away and then locked the doors. If you’re POC I recommend you go elsewhere.
