I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Funk for a couple of concerns, and she was exceptional. She’s extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen. I’ve seen many doctors in my 59 years, and she stands out among the best. If you’re looking for a caring and highly skilled physician, I strongly recommend requesting Dr. Funk.
Before they were Evernorth, they were Cigna. Over the years, since the change, I've had worse and worse care from this place. I'm extremely disappointed that they are now switching hands again. The apparent lack of everything here is concerning.
Wow, has this place gone downhill since Evernorth took over! I've been a patient for almost a decade. It's incredibly difficult to get anything I need from this clinic. From decreasing appointment availability to ignored messages, you really have to do it all yourself.
I’ve been a patient here, but my recent experience with Dr. Ara was deeply upsetting. During my appointment, the doctor raised her voice at me in a way that felt aggressive and unprofessional. I came in to discuss serious health concerns and left feeling unheard, disrespected, intimidated and scared.
