HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! for 2 Months been trying to get much needed botox applications to treat my migraines. Been going back and forth between Cigna, Accredo and the Doctors office.... in the meantime, nothing is resolved, horrible communication and I continue to deal with migraines.... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND CIGNA, in case you have any choice!!! since there's little choice, probably they don't care.... you're just a number....
Cancelled family's Cigna dental insurance policy. Reasons: 1) literally have third world customer service - polite but outcomes are beyond bad; 2) Cigna's decision to go zero communication w/customers except for billing them - "[Cigna] does not accept unsolicited inquiries on MyCigna secure portal." 3) spent 2hrs in search of billing detail; waste my time, lose my business.
Insurance doesn’t cover even problematic skin tags. They just call them all cosmetic to avoid having to pay.
