The worse health insurance ever. I just hurt my knee, I didn’t break anything but it is still swollen. The doctor requested a MRI and to approve it, Cigna is requesting if I had done a physical therapy first and didn’t approve my request. How can you do a physical therapy first if you don’t know what happened with your knee first. It is ridiculous.
I feel sorry for my patients who have this insurance, while they are paying me for their medical care , this insurance simply does not process claims and always has the same call center answer, sorry we haven't received the information, even though it was sent five times in the last year
