In a parasitic industry that provides no real benefit besides taking your money, Cigna is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
This company is not professional. They had me on hold for a very long time. When I did talked to a customer service agent they were rude. They would take money from my account but would not fix the information.
Horrible experience..very poor customer service, high premium!
they told me i was a bad boy :(
