Worst gd customer service I have ever had. they intentionally make it impossible to speak with a human. When you do get someone they hang up because they fake a bad connection
It has been a nightmare dealing with CIGNA regarding a very expensive medication that I take. I have a co-pay card and they won’t let me use it. They want to mandatory make me fill it with them and charge me $90 for a 30 day supply every month when I am on a limited income. They have told me for months that I could do a mandatory mail override form, And my doctors even went through all the trouble to fill all this out for them to deny it.
