Really feel like insurance is going the wayside, every year it gets more expensive and does less. Now all the medical providers force you into prepayment contracts so Cigna gets their money, doctors get their money, and you have to wait months to be refunded thousands of dollars in free loans you just gave out. Will probably be my last year of ever having medical insurance ever again, I give up.
Don't ever get dental work from this insurance. They are the worst on covering and what most insurances would cover they don't. Never get them unless you want to pay thousands more then you can afford
Terrible people to work with insurance wise. raising prices on there customers and did not help out customer service wise with their clients when situations arises all these people want is money
Really disappointed with Cigna. They are forcing me to get a 90-day supply of my blood pressure medication and only allowing it through certain pharmacies. This kind of policy makes it harder—not easier—for patients to stay on track with their health. Instead of supporting patients, it feels like everything is about convenience for the insurance company. Healthcare shouldn’t be this frustrating.
