I've never really had any issues contacting this insurance company and they answer all my questions. My biggest gripe is the cost of insulin with them for some of the more concentrated brands. One of them was $178 out of pocket!! I thought there was a cap to how much you could charge for insulin but apparently it only applies to the 1%. Overall Cigna isn't a bad company, at least the people are easy to talk to, and are pretty knowledgeable, I can't get mad at the little guys when the CEO/COO/CFO are the ones running the show... read more
cigna is not a good company for families with autistic kids, they don’t have a single developmental pedia, they want your kid to see a psychiatrist even when he doesn’t need it just so they do not pay any one that can help your child
