The nightmare began when my employer switched us from Aetna to Cigna on 01 Jan 2025. This could be a 100 page novel but I'll be brief. I had no idea what a nightmare Cigna would be. My doctor ordered a scan and CIGNA refuses to pay for it. They claim that I don’t really need it. A doctor filed three different appeals to try and get them to cover it and they still wouldn’t. I had to end up paying for it myself because the high priced insurance I have doesn’t cover what I need
Terrible
Don’t use this company my dad passed and they didn’t even pay out just shut his insurance down as he was laying in his hospital bed he hadn’t even died yet they canceled his insurance just to not pay out
