I currently pay ~$2500/month for a cobra family plan. Their customer service is terrible. Claims are denied without explanation, and if I am able to get someone on the phone, the first time their explanation is incorrect. I have to call back at least twice to get the full story.
I wish I could give zero stars. Our healthcare systems is obviously deeply broken, but Cigna is among the worst of the worst.
One of the worst non-insurances I've ever had to deal with, both as a nurse & as a patient! Companies that choose to deal with them should think twice! It's fine if you're young & healthy, but if you have ANY medical issues, you're screwed. They force you to use express rx, & outsource their DME (durable medical equipment) to another company.
