Worst insurance very high deductible, you pay alot of money and they cover nothing!
Cigna is the absolute worst. Did a search on the site for a specialist and 3 came up. Two are pediatric! Pathetic!
Absolutely horrible customer service. Off shore customer reps. have inferior technology speed so requests take long, these read off the script and do not truly understand the conversation. Ive been attempting to solve a situation for over a month now.
