Your chat option needs to be fixed. I say waiting for 20 mins for someone to come on after being told chat is being transferred. No one came. When I finally clicked end chat it wanted to rapid spit messages like someone had joined which it never showed on my end.
Do not go with these people at all they are absolutely horrible!!!! They keep taking money from my account after I've done told them 4 months in a row send me the paperwork to sign off and cancel with y'all!!!!! They won't send nothing to sign... The Dental DHMO insurance is beyond useless and riddled with false advertising. Cigna's website lists a wide array of providers who accept their insurance, but then when you call any of them they tell you they stopped taking it long ago yet Cigna never updated their listings. I brought the issue up with Cigna customer support only to discover they have their own, secret list with accurate information that they'll send you via email if you request it, but if you ask them to update the website to omit false positives they hang... read more
