There are few companies who have worse customer service than Cigna.
Cigna decided they didnt want to cover my diabetic medication anymore after covering the cost for years. They should be ashamed of themselves for their trashy service.
Cigna health care is a JOKE! Its almost like you don't have insurance at all. So far everything I've tried to use my insurance on, has not been covered! My sister has type 1 diabetes, and her insulin isn't covered! Definitely don't recommend this insurance!
