Cigna health care is a JOKE! Its almost like you don't have insurance at all. So far everything I've tried to use my insurance on, has not been covered! My sister has type 1 diabetes, and her insulin isn't covered! Definitely don't recommend this insurance!
Awful dental coverage. Per my EOB oral surgery should be covered and they have denied the oral surgeons submission every single time due to getting an Xray done to make sure they pulled the correct tooth out. They have been extremely unhelpful and quite honestly made me wonder if it was worth having dental insurance. All I can say is do better, because you definitely care about your profit more than your patients
I’m editing my previous review after working with Christian at the Cigna call center. He was the second rep I worked with. He was able to explain in detail how Cigna uses the average rate in an area for out of network services. He did an excellent job finding which of my dentists were covered, and the cost of a crown for in network and out of network. Your automated system is SOOOOO annoying. I should be able to just talk to a *human* 8 times trying to talk to this thing. I could only imagine if I had a speech handicap.
