Your automated system is SOOOOO annoying. I should be able to just talk to a *human* 8 times trying to talk to this thing. I could only imagine if I had a speech handicap.

hands down the worst company i have ever had to deal with, lied to me saying that they will cover everything my previous insurance company offered well that was a Hugh lie. they wont cover the medication that i have been on for the last 25 years. Two years ago Cigna tried telling me that I hadn’t met my OOP max for 2023 when I had. Fought to have that overturned so they would cover expenses at 100%. Last year in 2024, they tried telling me that I hadn’t met my single AND family deductible, I don’t have a family of family plan! This year I had surgery on 02/20/25 and they failed to accurately account for my $3500 max OOP so they show I have a patient responsibility of $4600 snd are still telling physicians Nd offices that I still owe toward that OOP max. The worst experience I have ever had with any insurance company. They constantly transferred me between reps and none were the correct one to solve the problem. Refused to transfer me to a escalation specialist, and LIED to me about who is covered in my new insurance. Be sure to report them to the department of insurance if you have had similar issues.
