Terrible company and pay them every month just for them to deny you coverage, you pay them every month and there made to collect money, but yall give prisoners chemo, SCAM COMPANY, there here to collect Money
I would give them 0 stars if that was an option! They are the worst when it comes to communicating that I have ever seen!! In January of 2025 I was given erroneous information regarding in home health care and had he doctor jumping through hoops to authorize her needs all for naught as this service was not covered! I've been trying to get a POA registered since February and their own correspondence had a fax number that I was told later was incorrect, and the next one I was then given did not work after going to 3 differentl... read more
Terrible. Not only are they not covering service but I made a payment that cleared and they applied it to a someone elses account because they claim they can't find it. I have phoned them 7 time (3 times with my bank on the phone) and they were sent a copy of the check showing their endorsement but they are ignoring the proof. Beware. One star is generous.

I have lots of concrete, practical reasons why I hate this company. But just to summarize, they suck.
