This company is now called Healthspring. The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Absolutely disgusting!
The nightmare began when my employer switched us from Aetna to Cigna on 01 Jan 2025. This could be a 100 page novel but I'll be brief. I had no idea what a nightmare Cigna would be. That Spring was the first announcement from our medical provider that Cigna wouldn't reach an agreement with them, leaving us an hour plus from any in-network medical care including hospital, doctors, urgent care, lab work, and imaging instead of just 3 miles.
