ON HOLD - Takes forever to get an answer. I will NOT choose Cigna again. Always a delay in answering and always a problem getting a pre- authorization and forget getting specialty medications out of Accredo - Express scripts seems ok - another Cigna company.
I am disturbed how difficult the specialty medications process is since you dumped cvs specialty medication services - DISTURBED I AM AND I WILL NOT BE SILENT ABOUT IT
