Horrible way to conduct business. I'm a current Cigna member. I was calling to discuss information. However, Jackie, their AI recording that keeps looping the same message over and over again until you get hung up on. Seriously, worst business ever! Do not waste your time. Do not pass go! You have a much better chance of playing Monopoly with an agent online than you do talking with his business.
Tinny Pillay, my insurance agent, is wonderful! He explains my coverage to me in a way I can easily understand. And he helps me by doing things like sending me a list of the in network doctors when I need them. He goes the extra mile. I’m so very grateful-thank you!!
