Absolutely disgusting that this company chose profits over people. Cigna chose to auto-deny claims that were valid causing people with medical ailments to pay for their claims, all while cigna raked in the profits. Shameful scam company.
Really poor phone customer service since I am constantly on hold for up to a hour before (If Lucky) reaching a actual human being, Also your website doesn't function reliably!
