Cigna is the shittiest insurance there is. I pay a lot of money for it. The doctor prescribes me medicines and Cigna doesn't approve them. They just want your money...................................
Not at all happy with their Medicare part D customer service. They never seem to be able to answer the simplest of questions. Do you cover Covid-19 rapid antigen tests ? 15 minutes later, still no answer. Really ? Why are some rx more expensive with my insurance than the free Good RX app ? Silence. Why was my RSV shot covered at Walgreens & my wife's shot declined for lack of prior approval the next day ? We have identical insurance plans !? Two weeks later, Cigna agreed the shot was covered. .
