If you want an insurance company that is laughed at by providers, has terrible customer service, and generally difficult to deal with them this company is for you. My employer switched from BCBS to Cigna. My wife and I had to change numerous providers because our long time providers refused to deal with Cigna. Cigna is the worst insurance out there always denying claims!
This is a private home address, and when I tried calling the associated number, it seems the number was no longer active. It’s unclear whether this agent still lives at this address. This may or may not be an outdated Google maps entry. (I’ll be happy to remove this review if this address and phone number are confirmed by the business owner.)
This is the absolute worst health insurance company on the planet! Aside from being ridiculously overpriced, the customer support representatives have no idea what they are doing. When I called to find out if my medical procedure was covered, they told me it was, but they had no idea how much my out of pocket cost would be because they didn't have enough information.
