Has to be the absolute worst insurance company that my family has ever been with. We have spent hours upon hours on the phone with this company and they say they will take care of the problem. Then the same problem keeps popping back up. Just for them to reassure us, yet again, that they will take care of it. No one seems to know what is going on and they obviously do not communicate between departments. So dissatisfied with this insurance.
Absolutely fantastic people
Just brilliant. I'm posting on behalf of my wife whose work injury was not covered by workers compensation Cigna stepped up when we needed them most! Thank you all.
