Beyond horrible. My wife was able to get imaging at our hospital. My SURGEON requested a post surgical CAT scan and suddenly they won't let me get imaging at the hospital. I go out of my way to travel to the site they claim I need to go to, and THEY HAVEN'T GIVEN AUTHORIZATION and are HANGING UP ON THE PROVIDER! Beyond horrible garbage! Stay AWAY!

Over 5 hours of phone calls to try to ascertain if a single provider is in network. Their list of in network providers and database of facilities in Denver/Colorado is incorrect and out of date. The customer service agents are robotic and depending on who you get, will provide you with incorrect information and list for providers and Drs that don't even provide the services you need. I was given Endoscopy center information for a breast biopsy procedure . Use another provider , absolutely shocking .
