They reject any effective medicine and suggest one that could kill me, but it's cheaper. Scum organization. Also, these medications cost 100 times less everywhere except in the U.S.
Always hated this company
Absolute worst company if you have any type of ilness. Type 1 diabetics stay away, they will not cover your insulin and will force you to ration, or pay extra if you use less than they think you should. The Customer service reps know NOTHING, and cant even tell you what medications they cover. Dont let them tell you a supervisor will call back, they wont. My over all health has declined since having them, and I will have to change employers to get away from them. It is realy sad, and this company is just there to take advant... read more
I'm glad I'm paying full price for a therapist that should be covered under the plan I'm paying for. Ridiculous. No excuses at this point.
