Did you receive an email like the one attached from Cigna? You may want to BEWARE. I was on the phone for an hour and a half trying to find out if the email was legit. When I went to the link to look at my EOBs for prescriptions I was diverted to another website. Thinking it had something to do with an upcoming takeover of their book of business I was not concerned too much but when I had to change my credentials my concern rose. All my claims were denied. You always have to jump through hoops to get a claim accepted. And even then sometimes you can't.
Emily was understanding and took the time to help me get the right health plan. I felt heard and supported.
this company will tak and take and take but when I sent to ER for a possible stroke then admitted they denied payment. no one can tell me what I was supposed to do when they say you may be having a stroke we are admitting you to keep CIGNA happy. looks like DOGE took OUT CIGNA TOO if you have a choice, anyone but CIGNA,
