Your app is absolutely awful. I can never get it to work. It always crashes. How are people supposed to take care of things when your app is functioning how it's supposed to?
This company is the worst and should be shut down. They are the definition of a scam. Earlier this year my gf and I werenotified they would flat out deny any prescription that wasn't put in for 90 days. A bit annoying, but we could work with that. I purchased this supplemental on December 29, 2011. I've gone to the dentist time 3xs since this purchase. Each and every time, I was told that my dental provider informed me that this is not insurance nor if we accept this. I called Cigna, and they claim it is insurance, and we can not issue you a refund with the exception of proration for the month of March of 2024. Don't get deceived!! Got signed up with Bill (said he lives in Texas n has been working with Cigna for 15/yrs) who failed to tell me of a 6mo wait period for the purpose I bought the plan for (broken tooth). Cigna was quick to take my money but not quick to allow me to use the plan! Not cool! >(
