Worst insurance company out there, can't even file a claim online....must be faxed or sent by postal mail. What a joke, I could file claims online with other companies in the 90's, but 30 years later in 2025 and Cigna is "working on it". A middle school student with basic coding experience could pull this off. Couldn't say if they actually pay claims as they somehow magically never get mailed in claims.

Horrible customer service!!! They flat out refuse to send me an invoice, and keep stating that I have auto billing through my bank account, NO I DONT!!!! Nothing has come out of my bank at all!! I just am very worried that they will yank a ton of money out of my account without my permission!!!
