I filed a short term disability claim and kept getting told different things as to what my claim status was them could never get claims adjuster on the line left her voice message and never return the message. It has been a month and 2weeks since and still getting the run around keep in mind all dr information is in.. HORRIBLE PLACE

I do not understand what is the whole point of mandatory employer-sponsored insurance if the insurance company doesn’t want to do their part. This is the most unethical healthcare business I’ve ever had to deal with. It just reinforces my belief in a Medicaid for All system where the government provides a public health insurance system for all people regardless of their income status. I have CIGNA insurance but I am not saying this specific building is bad but I am saying CIGNA is terrible it seems to me they want to be doctors then to let Specialist make the decision what you need although they do not have doctors on site and I am referring to the insurance company!!

Have been out on short term disability and have only been paid for half of it. No return phone calls. No correspondence as to delay. Hours of hold times on phones. Absolutely horrible to deal with. DELAY TACTIC AFTER DELAY TACTIC. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. THEY HAVE 1 STAR FOR A REASON.
