'0'...On Dec 21, 21, one of my Bonded Eye Teeth fell out. Delta Dental referred a dentist supposed to be HMO accepted... HE WAS NOT ! So I was obligated to pay $250 of the $950. They don’t help with anything, not even worth paying for insurance at this point.
I've never seen such negative reviews but honestly it's deserved. This company is hard to work with, their site is hard to navigate, and they are not up front about their services. Please avoid.
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible!!!! First of all for a surgery 6 months ago they still haven't sent me the proper forms to fill out for the provider. When I asked to just email them to me.... THEY SENT ME SOMEONE ELSES INJURY REPORT. Now I have been waiting for a serious surgery for weeks and it is scheduled for Monday... today is Friday, at ten minutes to 5 they deny my surgery. Not sure the point of paying for coverage, they dispute everything. If your “trusted” medical provider says he needs and MRI of a hand so he knows what he will encounter during surgery - I’d either trust him or stop calling him “trusted”. To say I need an x-ray first (clearly unnecessary as the growth is not attached or near a bone) to prevent an “unnecessary” MRI is non-sense.
