So far they are okay for an insurance company I don't like the fact that they don't cover Symbicort which is one of my inhalers that I need for breathing. But everything else has been good.

The hospital, my obgyn, heart doctor, and gastrointestinal dr need me to get an endoscopy, they are not only denying mine, but other's. Insurance is agist and using my age as part of the excuses not allow it. I have two choices from talking to a representative l. 1 kill myself 2 wait for the Dr. to do a peer to peer and that isn't a guaranteed approval, than be forced to appeal and wait another 45 days. If you need a medication, make sure to ask your doctor to fill out the "URGENT authorization request." This will still take 3 business days for them to get around to looking at, reviewing and approving. However, if your doctor should just fill out the regular authorization request, it will take 8 BUSINESS DAYS. Might be a problem if, you know, people actually need a medication. Never thought I'd say this, but I miss Humana...
