Horrible service. Charged my bank account and then cancelled my policy. Had to cancel my appointment and file a dispute with my bank because customer support muted me after I asked to speak with a manager.

I pay for the insurance through my job. Coverage for medical and perception is not for me. There are five people at my job that were prescribed wegovy and the insurance covered it but not me. Let it be known they are all white. It's because I am black. They told me that the same insurance doesn't cover it and that I would have to pay over 4000.00 for the medication. Big company. Refuses to fix even the simplest of issues. Dentist overcharged me. Paid with HCSA card. Cigna requested substantiation. The amount in question was the charge amount. I sent in proof of the charges. Nothing. Then they suspect the debit card. Called in and was advised that it was the overpayment amount being disputed. Told them that was never communicated. Dentist attempted to refund back on the card but since Cigna suspended the card, no refund could be made. Cigna does NOT offer pay by phone. I sent in a check ... read more
