Great experience! The customer service was awesome, they were timely and courteous, the product was top-notch… And the Custom labels were awesome!
One of my best hosting experiences of all times. From our initial contact with Vladi to the day of the event his communication and service was top tier! Having them attend our backyard event truly elevated it! Everything they provided was excellent. The personalized labels were professional and beautiful. The cigars are premium quality and the cutting and lighting of the cigars made my husband, a cigar aficionado, and our guest felt like celebrities. If I could give them 5,000 stars I would! Excellence in every area!
Absolutely perfection, from the rolling demonstration, to the explanation of the origin of the leaves, and don’t get me started on the quality of the cigars themselves. Friendly and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend them for any group gathering especially weddings. Thank you so much for helping make the night a success.
