An outstanding establishment! You simply can’t get better prices or a better team to deal with your online purchases. The customer service chat is top notch, I’ve even had a personal call to answer a complex query, as I had a specific delivery requirement and these guys definitely have building permits.. coz they nailed it

they dont return calls like they promised. had a pricing issue i found on something i wanted was told they'd call me right back. i think that was like a month ago now. its a shame because i love the selection of cigars they keep. more than likely lost me as a customer considering 1st order i ever made was nearly $400. not cool to ghost your customers who spend good hard earned money

This place sucks , you have to speak to multiple different places to answer to anything. Total incompetence like I have not ever seen. I order cigars from different companies and this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in all my years of smoking. Should be zero stars. Disgusting customer service and shipping is a total joke Save your money and frustration

Use to be decent. Not sure what happened to them but they're not the same. Ordering online and their system fails at order completion and you still get charged. Then it's a bunch of back and forth to get your money refunded.. I will not order here again. I don't have time for the B.S.
