Under new ownership, totally remodeled and has a warm friendlier feel. Manuel is friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to just relax and enjoy a nice stick.
Order was placed on 6/17/2026 with expedited service 2 day delivery with UPS. On 6/22/2026 UPS indicated the shipping label was printed but the the product was never shipped. I've never had poorer experience with a cigar company. They screen the customer service calls by requiring you identify yourself before they will respond. Go elsewhere. I'm filing a complaint with the AG'S Consumer Protection division.

These idiots keep either adding my email or not removing it from their shitty mailing list. I never asked to be in it and now I can’t get off it. Stay away from them.
