Lady in the office (Kellie) is probably the worst loader I've ever dealt with. Signs say please stop and call before entering the gate so she forwarded the call three times and claims she doesn't have to answer the phone until you pull through the gate. What a joke

This place is a mess. The roads are full of holes and dips, it's so easy to trip and fall. The safety rack is a joke. Again, no stability on the ground floor, no rack on the exit rack and no lights when working nights. Not only is this place unsafe but the women who work here have attitudes like no other. They will blatantly disrespect you, ignore your calls and overload your box without a overweight permit.
