I was applying for a home loan and these people were trying to sell me a dream without even getting any of my information. They said they would get my credit score up 70 points by reporting my rent so I paid them their $20 fee. They then tried to tell me about another fee. I needed to pay without explaining things clearly at all, and pushing me to pay $185 for some thing else and I was not comfortable and they got my card information through my bank account and took money out of an ATM in another state. This company is ridiculous...I'm beginning to understand why they have such a terrible rating. We missed December's payment because we ran into a little financial hardship. At the end of December, our 9 year old pitbull was diagnosed with cancer with less than 2 months to live...there was nothing we could do except make him as comfortable as possible, which meant getting him the medicines he needed. I have to say this company has always kept it real with me. It's my own doing that I'm in my situation. I appreciate that they even financed a car for me when I really needed it. I have been behind on payment and they have worked with me on more than one occasion. Just call and talk to the folks there and they will 9 out of 10 times they will arrange some kind of payment with you. They don't want your car back they want the money, at least that's how I see it. Where do i even begin. IF YOU OR YOU KNOW SOMEBODY THAT WANTS TO FINANCE A VEHICLE THAT DOES NOT WORK, CIG FINANCIAL IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO. Not only will they finance a vehicle that doesnt work, THEY EVEN TAKE GREAT ADVANTAGE OF YOU at your time in need.
