Great owner.
I recommend CIG and Randy Gaspard. CIG replaced my roof at the end of 2020. I didn’t loose one shingle in Hurricane Ida and it battered our area for over 6 hours before moving on. A week after Ida, my insurance adjuster is walking the property and then the roof; his words “Whoever did your roof did it right, often roofers miss-install architectural shingles and when one goes a line of them go. You are very fortunate after seeing the other homes I’ve looked at in the metropolitan and driving your neighborhood.”
