I had a disappointing experience at CIFC Pediatrics located at 120 Main Street, Danbury, CT (2nd floor). Customer service is terrible when you try to call to make an appointment; you try to talk and they always hang up on you or simply don't answer even though they are open during business hours. Even at reception they are always rude and indifferent, even to people who don't speak English. I had a disappointing experience at CIFC Pediatrics located at 120 Main Street, Danbury, CT (2nd floor). The visit was marked by a noticeable lack of communication between the front desk and the physician staff, which led to unnecessary confusion and frustration. Clear and timely communication is essential in any medical setting, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope steps are taken to improve internal coordination and patient communication moving forward.

All the good doctors here retired, moved on or can’t take any new patients because they are booked up. My dad was waiting for his new doctor they gave him, since his old doctor retired from there. They had my dad waiting in the Exam Room for 45 minutes wearing the exam gown. No one checked in on him. My dad couldn’t handle it anymore and got dressed and walked out. Hands down the worst experience with a doctor’s office of my life. Traumatizing is not an exaggeration. Incompetence and misdiagnosis is what you’ll find here.
