Great to deal with, listened and gave me great advice
I always have a positive experience with Cierra. She is a great provider who listens and genuinely cares about her patients. I feel like she takes the time to come up with a care plan that works for me. I never feel rushed and am seen in a timely manner. I would recommend her for all family medicine needs.
I went to her with legitimate concerns about my own mental health as well as familial mental health issues asking for a referral to be tested by psychiatry. She left my ADHD Screening entirely out of my notes, dismissed the information about adhd running in my family, told me that adhd wasn't a real thing in adults, and then tried to push mood stabilizers on me prior to me even going to a psychiatrist to be evaluated. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to her who has a serious concern about their mental health.
