Staff does yell a lot with the exception of a few. The others belittle the residents. .if they were kind like the few do, it would be run well and then we could grow to be a better human beings.
I am a former employee and my recommendation will be to stay away from this place. The floor staff is incompetent and bully staff and it’s like high school drama! Med room the same!! Management is the worse they don’t know what they are doing! They cover a lot of mistakes and you can’t go to them for anything! Go work for in and out! Pay is better and they treat you more professional!
