Genuinely atrocious management at these apartments. Ana the office "manager" if you can even call that role management, does the absolute bare minimum for the role. Not only is this complex plagued by aggressive towing services by an incredibly shady company, but when you inevitably fall victim to it and seek help from Ana she will do everything in her power to avoid your calls and if you finally do, will tell you "it's not an emergency". DON'T RENT HERE They take your car even if it has the sticker on it and correctly parked. Infested with roaches, they go to "fumigated" but we never seen a dead one.
Very very clean. I have never seen it dirty. Whoever is on the maintenence team is amazing at their job.
