I lived here for 1 year with my boyfriend and it was a good experience! It’s affordable and a nice looking apartment better then others one that are affordable as well around the valley. The inside of the apartment was remodeled with new floors, etc. Ana, the property manager is very nice. She made the process moving here smooth such as helping with the application process, it was fast too. Her helpfulness and kindness made it a positive living experience. my car was towed away in the middle of the night by these apartments. the city told them they weren’t allowed to post no parking signs on the wall & the nearest sign is about 40 feet away. how is anyone supposed to know about this new rule? i’ve lived in the surrounding area for over 10 years and this was never an issue & according to the towing company they didn’t contract them until 7 months ago. how is anyone supposed to know this is suddenly a no parking area?
Lots of roaches and rats. A rat died in my apartment while on vacation. They don’t take care of the infestation
