Room was clean and as described . Location was great .Steps to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. Will stay again .
What a gorgeous location. The management was wonderful - the day we arrived I texted asking about possible replacement of the make-up mirror that didn’t light up. We went to dinner and minutes after we returned, someone showed up with the make-up mirror with a new bulb. They answered all of our questions in a timely fashion, were very helpful and the room was very nice. We wished there had been extra garbage bags, an extra blanket for my husband (who isn’t hot all the time as his wife is) and maybe rugs near the bed, but oth... read more
Stayed in unit N509. Very nice, well kept, clean room, good water view. Absolutely no issues. In other reviews I read complaints about the distance to the south building pool. If ur lazy I can understand your complaining. But it is absolutely not an issue, unless ur lazy or a complainer. Nothing here real to complain about. Clean. Friendly. Easy. Great beach service. Fun broadwalk. Easy access to everything. Cielo takes good care of their units. Go enjoy!
We Booked 1 Month stay at Celio Stays Hollywood Costa Hotel steps from the Hollywood Beach BroadWalk. We Paid $3900 in advance for the Full Month with All fees included. Upon arrival, very rude Receptionist announced there was $1590 Additional Resort Fees + $900/1 Month Parking = $2490 additional Costs for a month! 😡😡😡😡, they even Refused to show us the Suite, before we paid $2490 additional . we Reached out to Celio Stays They bumped us to the Tides Condo 2 Miles South for the same Price We paid + $300 extras.
