I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The pricing was very misleading, and no one explained the extra charges before starting the service. They kept adding fees for things like nail shape—which is a basic part of getting your nails done, not an optional upgrade. It felt like every step came with another surprise charge. I chose this salon because of its high rating on Yelp, but my experience was completely different. I went in for a full set, a gel pedicure, and an eyebrow wax, and paid $140 (before tip). The most concerning part was the eyebrow waxing. The technician waxed my eyelids instead of properly shaping my brows, leaving my skin raw. My eyelids ended up scabbing over and didn’t fully heal for about a week and a half. Kayla is absolutely AMAZING! I have been coming here consistently for over 3 years (I drive over 40 minutes just for her) and have never been disappointed. I am always greeted by a clean and warm environment, and have great conversations. It’s a relaxing experience I look forward to.
They do pretty good job with several experienced technicians. Geegee is my favorite nail tech. She is through and gentle.
