I would give these guys a zero but here it goes we went to Cielo Trailer on 10/16/2025 for a trailer hitch install. We got quoted 500.00 the Wednesday before and made sure that it was the correct quote due i had to ask for additional funds from my credit card company. Do mind that when we arrived all my tires and rims were the same. And we just purchased this 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee in August of this year we had no flats no reason my tires to be touched . I would never recommend this business to anyone. The worst service of my life. Rude workers. They charge you for new parts and then put used ones and in poor condition. My vehicle was in their service for almost 2 months and it came out worse than when I brought it in. They didn't want to work on it anymore, so they returned it to me inoperable. Excellent service! Cielo was able to provide us with a trailer 30 mins before closing in order to complete a time sensitive project! Great pricing and customer service!
They did work on my car dolly and they didn't center the platform to the axle be careful with these people
