I normally don’t write reviews, but after reading some of the comments here, I felt I needed to share my experience. I have been bringing my nieces to this clinic for quite some time (5 and 7 yrs old), and we have always had a very positive experience. The staff has consistently been kind, professional, and attentive. The doctors have always taken the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and make sure we feel comfortable before moving forward with anything. I just want express how wonderful the staff was towards myself and daughter, answered all my questions I asked. The doctors, front staff and and the staffs helping the doctors are nice. Will be going here again. Clean office.
Love this office! Been bringing my girls for years. The ladies in the front Eastly and Stephanie are always so friendly and efficient. The whole staff makes you feel very welcomed and at this point we are like family. Shout out to the Miss Suzy, Lupe, Mari, and Angie because those are the only names I remember lol, they are all so sweet and treat my babies like their own. Front desk staff are horrible and rude and augly liars they supposedly told me it was goin to be a 3 4 hrs wait when they never told me none of that made my husband wait soo many hrs and also lied to him saying they told me that was goin to be 3 to 4 hrs wait ..:I been here before never had to wait sooo long or got treated this way when I called them they told me if I wanted to reschedule when my husband been waiting there already for 3 hrs they also said what whe wanted to do soo the doctor doesn’t waste he’s time HORRIBLE ... read more
