Huuuuuge let down…. Nothing compares to the old owners work and the prices. They have a sign for customers to see that say “angry customers won’t be tolerated” then maybe do the work of what touch em all did with the same prices. Coming in and changing things without given feed back is what won’t be tolerated.
Went to the Rogers location today. Looks like my rims were not touched and the top of my car still had the dust on which was the main reason to get it washed. Just had to fix it myself at home. Huge step down from Touch them all car wash. Very disappointing.

I do not understand why this place has such a stellar review rating. I was told to get a gift card at the new Rogers location. I went there and they had no idea how to get one. I ended up leaving. I called again today and they told me to call back later. Now they're saying that they're filled up for a month. When this place just opened they told me to drop off my car one morning. Then nobody was there and I couldn't drop it off with anybody. Pretty frustrating
