There are constant breakins in the apartment complex and whenever it happens rather than do something about it they respond with “Crime has no zip code” (I’ve seriously gotten about 12 emails with that exact quote), meanwhile I know multiple people who live in the area that haven’t had a single issue. treating both residents and non-residents respectfully. the worst experience I have ever had with office staff or maintenance crew. I will never recommend this property to family or friends. **update**. the property manager called me back to find out what happened and she offered no apology and basically blew me off. STAY AWAY from this property if you expect professionalism.
