This Place is a Joke, but I'm NOT laughing – I had to buy two tires till I got back to my regular dealer back in Ma. What I received for $80 was two tires that lasted 6 (SIX) weeks. And yes....the tires were over 5 years old ! Disgrace to the business.
Great Place, Great Service, Great Price – I have replace all my vehicles tires here, Joe (the owner) and his crew have always taken care of me and my cars. First rate service, great prices. If you want the guys changing you tires and oil in "spiffy" little uniforms and feel the need to pay lots extra for that..... go to Kramer.
Do Not Go here – I bought 3 "new" tires and the guy forgot to tighten the lugs on one of my tires. So I pull out and my tires flies off a block down the road and causes damage to my vehicle. This was 3 months ago. So I go to Kramer today to replace the 4th tire and find out the 3 tires that Cider put on are 5 years old!!! It is recommended after a tire is 6 years old to replace it and they sold me "new" 5 year old tires? They already started dry rotting.
