Homes are made cheap but they are expensive, you pay for well water which is nasty and extremely high. They give out violations like candy and don’t give out violations to the people who deserve them. They allow so much crap to go on and can careless. Lot rent goes up every year and most of the lots are small. You can hear your neighbors inside your home. When you complain about an issue it never gets resolved, management has excuses for everything. They will make this park sound so nice but once you sign everything changes.

Where to even start... Cider Mill and Sun Communities is a scam. Employed by crooks that dont look at people as people, but as money and allow families to be homeless for extended periods of time. As if they dont get enough from us. We listed our home in March. We immediately had interest! It was great! But the office continually lost applications or said they never recieved them from multiple applicants that wanted to buy from us! Liar cheaters and thief’s that will say anything to get your money. They’ll lie and send u lawn violations and more when you have a weekly lawn service. The neighbor just moved in days they wouldn’t even show her the place that she’s renting. Even when u buy and put 4k down, they still forget to tell you that somebody died in here according to another neighbor who’s been here 20 years. Don’t think 4 a second they will take care of things even if u buy it and put 4k down. Toni Mercedes’ and the short blond haired girl won’t show u the place your buying or renting, they’ll say you didn’t pay rent and charge u late fees, court fees, and u have to go show the court u did in fact pay. Get a ledger every time u do. They’ll charge u lawn violations even if u have a lawn service doing it weekly with receipts to prove it. I have been harassed from the start! Two years.
