Took a while for me to send a review but they do deserve it. I have a 2019 F150 Lariat FX4. I bought my tires/wheels and lift from Custom Offsets years ago when I got the truck (Id recommend giving CID a deal on buying parts for you but this is my story). I found a truck I liked on Instagram and bought the same setup, -44 offset wheels, 35x 12.5 with a 6" lift. I waited till my Carmax warranty was up and went in for the install. This shop is awesome. I was struggling to figure out the wiring on some after market headlights for my Tacoma. Nate popped the hood and figured out the wiring-puzzle in fifteen minutes. He shook my hand, said he loved talking about trucks, and didn’t charge me a penny. CID Customs installed a lift kit for me back in April. Excellent work. These guys feel like my bros—willing to give solid advice, or help do the work I can’t or don’t have the tools to do. Best experience I’ve ever had at any shop or dealership.
